Refund policy

No refund policy on products purchases

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept product returns. Once a product is purchased, the order is final, and refunds are not available.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any product that arrives defective with prompt notice. Please email info@montanya-spa.com in the event you need an exchange.
